By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms govern your use of the Site and any purchases made through it. 

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly. 

1.     SITE USAGE & LEGAL JURISDICTION 

   GRACE FLOWERS operates from the United Arab Emirates. Access from outside the UAE is at your own risk, and you are responsible for complying with local laws.

   You may not use or export materials from this Site in violation of UAE export laws or applicable international regulations. These Terms are governed by UAE law, and any disputes shall be exclusively resolved by UAE courts. 

2. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY 

When creating an account on our Site, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activities that occur under your account. 

GRACE FLOWERS is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account. Please notify us immediately of any suspicious or unauthorized activity. 

3. PERMITTED USE 

You are permitted to use this Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may view, print, and retain copies of content solely for your individual use. 

You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, or deep-link to the Site for commercial purposes without prior written approval from GRACE FLOWERS. All content, including images, product designs, and software, is the exclusive property of GRACE FLOWERS and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. 

4. TRANSACTIONS & PAYMENTS 

   All prices displayed on the Site are in the selected currency and will be charged accordingly.

   Transactions involving multiple currencies will reflect the selected currency on your final payment receipt.

   GRACE FLOWERS does not conduct business with individuals or entities subject to sanctions by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

   Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or place orders on the Site. 

5. PRODUCT REPRESENTATION 

We strive to accurately display and describe all products. However, due to the nature of our offerings:

   Floral Arrangements: Some flowers may arrive in bud form to extend freshness and longevity.

   Color Variations: Natural variations may occur in flower shades. If significant, we will notify you and provide options.

   Cakes: All cakes are handmade, so slight differences in shape, color, and design may occur.

   Handwritten Messages: All cake messages are handwritten and may vary in appearance.

   Pet Safety: Certain flowers (such as lilies) are toxic to pets. Please review and ensure arrangements are kept away from animals. 

6. ORDER PROCESSING & MODIFICATIONS 

Once an order is prepared, modifications—including changes to items, addresses, or recipients—cannot be made. Please contact our team as early as possible to avoid delays. 

If we are unable to fulfill your order due to product availability or operational constraints, you will be promptly notified. In such cases, a refund or store credit will be provided, based on the situation. 

7. DELIVERY & ADDRESS CONFIRMATION 

Accurate delivery details must be provided at checkout. We do not contact the recipient unless specifically requested or if the address is incomplete. 

If the address is incomplete:

1.     We will attempt to contact the recipient.

2.     If unsuccessful, we will reach out to the sender.

3.     If no confirmation is received within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled and a store credit will be issued.

3. Follow-up phone call 

Delivery Attempts:

   One delivery attempt is provided free of charge.

   A Second attempt will incur an additional delivery fee. 

Special Destinations: For deliveries to hotels, hospitals, or offices, items are delivered to the designated reception area. Final coordination is the responsibility of the sender and recipient. 

Unsuccessful Deliveries:

If the recipient is unavailable, the product will be returned to our dispatch center and re-delivered upon confirmation. If the items condition has deteriorated, a new purchase will be required. 

8. ORDER REFUSAL & INCORRECT INFORMATION 

   If an order is refused before preparation begins, a store credit will be issued.

   If the recipient refuses delivery, the same flowers will be returned to our dispatch center and re-delivered to an alternate address. No refund will be provided.

   Address changes after dispatch will be accommodated whenever operationally possible.

   GRACE FLOWERS is not responsible for retrieving orders from incorrect delivery locations due to incorrect contact or address details provided by the customer. A new order must be placed.

   If an address is outside our serviceable zone, a store credit will be issued, or the sender can provide a new delivery address. 

9. RETURNS & QUALITY CONCERNS 

Concerns are handled with care and fairness:

   Quality Concerns: If your order has quality issues confirmed by our team, we may request the return of the product to our dispatch center for investigation. You may then choose between a replacement, an alternate product of equal value, or a store credit or a refund.

   Quantity Discrepancy: If the quantity of delivered items does not match your order, and this is confirmed by our team, only the amount of the discrepancy will be returned as store credit or refunded.

   Flower Lifespan: Expected lifespan is listed on the product page. Natural wilting after this period is not considered a quality concern. In case the quality issue is confirmed by a member of our customer service team, a replacement of the same value, or a store credit or refund will be issued.

   Cake: Cake claims must be made within 3 hours of delivery. 

10. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

   Cancellations made before order preparation may be refunded as store credit.

   Any refund, if applicable, will be processed within 4 to 12 business days.

   If the recipient is unresponsive and delivery cannot be completed within the original time frame, we will reschedule for the next available slot after confirmation from either the receiver or the sender. No refund or store credit will apply.

   Orders to non-serviceable areas may be refunded as store credit or redirected to an alternate recipient or address. 

11. BALLOONS 

The longevity of balloons depends on environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity. We do not accept responsibility for deflation, popping, or damage after delivery. 

12. CUSTOMER SUPPORT 

For concerns, clarifications, or assistance, our Customer Experience Team is here to assist you promptly and respectfully. 

13. REFUNDS AND STORE CREDITS 

   Store Credit Validity: All store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

   Any refund, if applicable, will be processed within 4 to 12 business days.
