The staff at Grace Flower will review the order details and the request being made to resolve the problem. If the product cannot be replaced for any reason, then the customer will be refunded.
Refunds will be given through the original mode of payment.
In the event that a customer needs to change or update an order, address, telephone number or delivery date, Grace must be notified within 12 hours after the order has been placed. After the 12 hour time period, Grace will be unable to cancel or refund the order. In the event that the order is sent out for delivery, Grace is unable to make any changes to the order.
