Where we deliver

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates.

Dubai: Everyday - with same day delivery with 2 hours time-slots 

Other emirates: Everyday - with same day delivery

What delivery costs

The charge depends on where the flowers are going. You will see the exact amount at checkout, before you pay.

The phone number you give us

Please give us the phone number of the person receiving the flowers, not your own. Our driver calls them when he arrives. A wrong number is the most common reason a delivery is late — even when the flowers are a surprise.

Delivering to an office? Add the floor. To a hospital? Check with them first, as some do not allow flowers.

If the address is wrong

We cannot be responsible for a late or failed delivery caused by an address that is wrong or incomplete. We will call you to arrange another delivery, which may cost extra.

If a flower is not available

Every arrangement is made fresh on the day. If a flower is not available at the quality we buy, we use another of the same or higher value, in the same colours and style.
