delivery & timing
Same-day delivery across Dubai, complimentary. Same-day to Sharjah and Ajman (AED 49) and the other emirates (AED 75). Choose your date and a delivery window in your bag.
freshness promise
Fresh for five days, or we replace them.
Every stem is conditioned overnight and arranged on the morning it is sent. If anything fades before five days, send us a photo and we will replace it.
care
Keep away from direct sun, heat and air-conditioning vents. For boxes, add a little water to the foam every two days. For bouquets, trim the stems and change the water daily.
if a flower is out of season
Flowers are natural, so colours and sizes vary a little. If a stem is unavailable we replace it like for like — same colour, equal or higher value.
