freshness promise
Joyful Birthday (Teddy Bear) unites fresh-to-order roses with carefully selected, in-date treats. The roses stay fresh for up to 7 days, and the treats keep well within their best-before dates. We promise fresh flowers and premium gifting quality throughout — or we'll make it right.
care
Joyful Birthday (Teddy Bear) combines fresh flowers with gift items, so give each the right care. Keep the roses in a cool, shaded spot, adding a little water to the foam every two days. Store any chocolate or edibles cool and dry, away from direct heat and sunlight. Spot-clean soft items gently and keep keepsakes dry and away from moisture. Remove faded roses as they appear to keep Joyful Birthday (Teddy Bear) looking its best.
if a flower is out of season
Flowers are natural, so colours and sizes vary a little. If a stem is unavailable we replace it like for like — same colour, equal or higher value.
