When am I charged?
You pay for your first delivery when you sign your plan. Your card is saved securely with our payment provider, Tap, and each later delivery is charged the day before it arrives — never more than one at a time. If a payment fails we try once more, then send you a link to pay.

Can I skip a delivery?
Yes, up to 48 hours before it. On a plan with a set number of deliveries you can skip two, and they move to the end. On a plan that runs until you cancel, you can skip two in a row.

Can I change the date, time or address?
Yes — every reminder carries your own plan link. Changes close 48 hours before a delivery, so we can prepare your flowers.

How do I cancel?
From your plan link or on WhatsApp, up to 48 hours before your next delivery. Your saved card is removed when the plan ends.

Do subscriptions earn points?
Subscription deliveries don't earn loyalty points. Everything else you order on grace.ae does.

A 1, 3 or 6-month plan ends after its last delivery and does not renew by itself — we message you to ask whether you would like another. When a plan ends or you cancel, your saved card is removed.

Fresh green and white flowers at your door, again and again — Grace's flower subscription, delivered on your schedule and charged the day before each bouquet arrives.

How Your Subscription Works

This is a subscription, not a one-off order. You choose a size, how often and for how long, and we bring a fresh bouquet to the same address on that rhythm until your term ends.

1. Choose your size — Small, Medium or Large.
2. Choose your term — 1, 3 or 6 months, or until you cancel. The longer you stay, the less you pay per bouquet.
3. Choose how often — every week, every two weeks or every month. The 1-month term is weekly.
4. Tap Start on WhatsApp. Our team confirms the address, the day and your first delivery date with you there.

You sign your plan and pay for the first bouquet on a secure link, and your card is saved safely by our payment provider, Tap. After that we message you two days before each delivery and charge only that bouquet, the day before it arrives — never more than one at a time, and no joining fee. Skip, move a date, change the address or cancel from your plan link, up to 48 hours before a delivery.

3 months — 10% off every bouquet, for the whole subscription. Every week (12 bouquets), every two weeks (6) or every month (3). Small AED 179.10 · Medium AED 269.10 · Large AED 449.10.

6 months — 15% off every bouquet, for the whole subscription. Every week (24 bouquets), every two weeks (12) or every month (6). Small AED 169.15 · Medium AED 254.15 · Large AED 424.15.

Until you cancel — 10% off every bouquet, every week, two weeks or month, for as long as you keep it. Small AED 179.10 · Medium AED 269.10 · Large AED 449.10.

This isn't a welcome offer that disappears. Your discount stays on every single bouquet until your term ends.
